Description of the group programs
SPECIAL CLASSES
Battle – Classes with different types of fightings (karate, box, kickboxing, tai-chi) dynamic tecniques of punches and kicks which is changing by slow, calm, relaxing exercises.
Duration – 55 min
Cycle – perfect bike training for all, who wants to correct body weight and work on cardio and muscular endurance. The class is full of energy music which is charging you by the good motivation and mood for the whole workout.
Duration – 45 min
STRENGTH CLASSES
ABS + Stretch – complex of exercises for muscles of abdominal press, plus complex of exercises for stretching the main muscle groups. This class is recommended for all levels.
Duration – 45 min
AEROBICS MIX - High-intensity class, which is mixed with 2 types: aerobics and powerlifting. During the lesson You will change exersise’s types for a several times. That allows you to burn calories as efficiently as possible, and train your heart and muscles.
Duration – 45 min
Step beg - modern training with using special step training apparatus. In this lesson you will get acquainted with the technique of performing basic steps. A lesson of low and medium intensity for beginners.
Duration – 55 min
MIND BODY SYSTEM
Yoga – well-chosen exercises performed with relaxing music will allow you to see and feel the other side of yourself. Body and spirit join together during a dynamic and relaxing exercise.
Duration – 60 min
Bodyflex - Bodyflex exercises are based on a combination of breath hold and muscle stretch. During the bodyflex oxygen strenuously enters the parts of the body for which these exercises are performed, oxidizing and burning fats.

DANCE CLASSES
Zumba – dynamic dance training, based on latin rythms, will help you to get not only excellent physical form but also charge you with positive emotions.

Fitness - East – Mixed training with East choreography and exercises for scratching and strengthening the muscles of the body! Really good for begginers and people who want to learn oriental dances.
Duration – 45 min
Zumba strong - a revolution in the usual class format for you, combining at this time energetic rhythms with cardio and power exercises, which are able to heat up your fitness potential to the limit!
